Daily Diver Shows!

Hawai'i Day September 12

Smart Seawalls

Every day SCUBA divers go into the Window on Washington Waters and the Underwater Dome to help take care of the fish and other animals who live in those exhibits.  You can see them do their work and even have a chance to talk to them - while they're under water.  Check out the daily schedule for times.

Come to the Aquarium on September 12 to experience the aloha spirit of Hawai'i. The Oahu Visitors Bureau will be providing Hawai'ian performers and information about the Islands.  You can also see our "Only in Hawai'i" display - with fish that are only found in Hawai'ian waters.

See the results of a local young architect's study of environmentally friendly seawalls in Canada and Australia.  This display will be on view at the Aquarium through September.

Welcome to the Seattle Aquarium

Listen to the calls of our region’s orca whales. Stand within a circle of glowing jellyfish. Run your fingers along a sea anemone’s soft tentacles. Delight in the antics of the sea otters. Then come back for another visit — and an entirely different experience. At the Seattle Aquarium there’s always something fun to discover, and inspiration on how to help protect our marine environment
