Inspired by the diversity of marine animals and their habitats, this one-ofa- kind camp focuses on both the artistic and scientific aspects of aquatic life. Ideal for those interested in animals and the environment, influenced by the beauty of the natural world, and eager to create art in their own style. Each day will feature different themes, activities and the creation of a quality, long-lasting masterpiece. Plus, enjoy shadowing Aquarium biologists and behind-the-scenes tours of our facility.

Ocean Odyssey - SOLD OUT

Voyage through your imagination and find out about the research excursions Aquarium biologists take to learn about ocean animals and their habitats. Interview the divers who travel to Oahu and Neah Bay to research the diversity of fish. Meet the biologists who care for our seals and otters and study them in the wild. Each day’s activities will revolve around different topics researched by staff biologists at the Aquarium and in the field.

Legends of the Deep - A Day Camp with Seattle Children's Theatre

For kids entering grades 1–2, 3–4 in Fall 2014
June 23–27
Monday–Friday, 9am–4pm
$300 early registration and Aquarium members;
$325 registration after May 31, 2014

Explore the magical world of coral reefs, seahorses and seals. Develop acting skills as you immerse yourself in a dramatic adventure with Seattle Children’s Theatre while engaging in hands-on marine science with the Seattle Aquarium. You’ll conclude with a field trip to see and explore a natural aquatic habitat.

Extended morning care is available at 8am for $50/week or $12/day. Extended afternoon care is available until 5:30pm for $50/week or $12/day. All extended care for camp takes place at the Seattle Aquarium.
