Starting in 2018 moving forward, the Seattle Aquarium has chosen to discontinue our annual Octopus Blind Date on Valentine's Day. There will be many opportunities for guests to learn about octopus and their relatives during Octopus Week which takes place February 17- 25.

And to celebrate Valentine's Day on February 14, the Aquarium will be offering two opportunities for guests to learn about the unique "romantic tendencies" of a broader selection of marine species including octopuses. Guests can join us for a family friendly experience during the day or for our "Aquarium After Hours" 21 + evening event.
