Sustainable packaging: We strive to minimize the use of single-use packaging and flatware whenever possible. When necessary, we utilize the most eco-friendly and sustainable packaging and products available. In our café, you’ll also find alternative materials like aluminum water and refillable cups.

Chef Finnley, executive chef at the Aquarium with Seaview Catering and Oak View Group, is a recent transplant to this area and, in his own words, “very excited to be working with the Seattle Aquarium.”

He’s been in the industry for 22 years not only as a chef—but also as a creator, founder and operator of restaurants. He’s passionate about sustainability, heirloom ingredients, preserving food and local agriculture. “I look forward to building on the current menu and adding some fresh new items,” he says: “I can’t wait to serve you.”

By supporting the Seattle Aquarium—including when dining at our top-quality café—you’re helping to further our mission of Inspiring Conservation of Our Marine Environment.
