NEW! Corporate gift memberships
Seal-ebrate your employees and invest in ocean conservation with gifts of annual Seattle Aquarium memberships for members of your staff. It’s the perfect way to show appreciation for your valuable team members and demonstrate your commitment to protecting the marine environment at the same time!
Organizations and corporations can receive discounts on qualifying membership purchases and gift them to individuals on their staff. Discounts are available on purchases $2,500 or more.
How corporate gift memberships work
- Complete our interest form or email us at membership@seattleaquarium.org to start the process.
- We work with you to identify the best membership level for your employees (Individual, Dual, Family) and provide you with an invoice when you are ready to move forward.
- Please note that the same membership type will be initially offered to all employees – they are welcome to upgrade their membership on their own once it’s established!
- Once payment has been received, we send you a personalized, branded email to share with your team. It includes a link for each employee to sign up for their membership.
- We establish the new memberships as employees complete the form with their contact information.
- Your employees receive their own personalized membership communications to get familiar with their new membership. We look forward to welcoming them and their families to the Aquarium!
Once gifted, memberships are non-transferable. Payment methods accepted include check, ACH deposit or online through our donation page.

The Seattle Aquarium is proud to help make our city a great place to live. With the opening of our Ocean Pavilion, we anchor the transformed Seattle waterfront. This is a once-in-a-generation civic project that helps revitalize the waterfront community and downtown Seattle.
We welcomed over 1 million visitors in 2024.
We provide marine conservation education to over 40,000 schoolchildren annually.
We distribute over 60,000 complimentary tickets to over 450 community partners.
Support our regenerative vision
The Seattle Aquarium works in our regional “backyard” with scientists, educators and policymakers to protect and restore the health of our local waters and marine life. We collaborate with experts who are members of Indigenous communities, research organizations, neighborhood schools and local governments on these efforts.
The Seattle Aquarium was the first nonprofit to sign The Climate Pledge.
We became carbon neutral in 2012 and have been carbon negative since 2020.
We’re collaborating with over 90 partners on a world-first program to recover threatened shark species.
