Sea Otter Workshop XV

The Seattle Aquarium is excited to host this workshop once more. This event will bring together researchers to discuss the latest in sea otter science.

The conference will begin on Friday, April 2, 2027. We will share more information on the schedule soon. Due to the nature and scope of this workshop, we will not be offering virtual options.

Registration

Registration is now open!

Register by January 8, 2027, to receive the discounted early bird rate of $280 for the entire three-day conference, including a keynote dinner on Friday night and a sponsored happy hour networking event Saturday night.

Daily passes and guest tickets for the happy hour and dinner are also available.

We have limited scholarship opportunities, including travel stipends, for students. Interested students should apply here by January 8, 2027.

We are excited to be partnering with many Indigenous tribes for this conference and will offer travel stipends to tribal members. If you are a tribal member who is interested in attending, please contact program chairs Shawn Larson at s.larson@seattleaquarium.org and Amy Olsen at a.olsen@seattleaquarium.org.
