¡Vamos al Acuario!

A white wave shape.
September 15–October 15, 2026

¡El mar es para todos!

Join us as we welcome members of the Latine community to the Aquarium. To celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month, we’ll be presenting some of our most popular animal talks in Spanish and English on select dates in September and October.

Say hello to familiar faces and check out new species with a digital scavenger hunt in Spanish, Brazilian Portuguese, and English. Aquarium employees will be giving out prizes to scavenger hunt participants.

Be sure to bring your little ones too! We’ll have special activities during Toddler Time on September 27 and 28, and October 10 and 11.

Join us for a sensory-friendly early opening on Sunday, September 27 at 9am. For ticket information, reach out to connections@seattleaquarium.org.

¡Vamos al Acuario! is open to all members of the Latine community and other people interested in celebrating Latine culture.

Schedule and more information coming soon.

We’re working to build a more welcoming and accessible space in marine conservation. Complimentary admission tickets are available for certain days during Hispanic Heritage Month through the Seattle Aquarium Connections program. GiveBIG to conservation in action.

This year, we’ve set a GiveBIG goal of $70,000, and thanks to the generous support of Al & Pat Friedrich, Clint & Barb Bennett, Marshall & Janice Brumer, Michael Klein & Catherine Melfi, and an anonymous donor, every gift will be matched up to $30,000, doubling your impact.

Adults-only special event!

Thursday, August 13 from 5:30–8:30pm

Join us one evening each month when the Aquarium remains open late just for adults 21+

Today only, your gift will be matched dollar-for-dollar up to $25,000 thanks to the generosity of donors Betsy Cadwallader, J & Tim, and Jess & Andy Peet. Help us reach our $50,000 goal!

End the year with a gift to the ocean.
